On August 16th, we took our car here for a detailed wash and received it back with the underbody splash shield heavily damaged and dragging against the ground. The customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Employees have misled us regarding the company's resolution procedures, causing us to waste valuable time over the weekends. Management at this location has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or take accountability as of today. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and your time. I will gladly update this review if management reaches out and properly reimburses us for the damage they caused. As for the service provided, the detail job didn't completely clean up the stain we were hoping to remove.

Excellent service! The staff were friendly, and the cleaning crew did a top-notch job. Fast, professional service, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend Yonkers Car Wash.

Quality wise it’s good. My car looks great inside and outside. The problem is the price. $39.99 for the “best” service. I’ve been coming to this place for years. In 2021/2022 it was $18.99. I don’t know of another car wash charging this much.

I typically pay for “The Best” wash, which is ~$37 before tax and tip. The last few times I’ve been to this carwash my rims are still dirty, the touchscreen hasn’t been wiped, my tires aren’t truly shined (once they’re dry, they’re dull) and the sills within my door, gas cap, and trunk have not been wiped down either. This is the top tier wash at Yonkers Car Wash and my car is left dirty. I’ll be looking for a new car wash. To their credit the cashier, and other workers were all very friendly.

Very disappointed. I will not be going back. You spend $45 for their best service. Car looks like shit. Dashboard dirty, seats dirty. Then they tell you "what you want a free car wash for the next time." No! I want a clean car now.
